Privacy Policy

Orbit™ ("we", "us", "our") builds Bluetooth and Find My trackers that help you keep tabs on the things that matter. We keep this policy plain on purpose. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the rights you keep over your information. This policy is written to meet our obligations under California's CCPA/CPRA and other applicable US state privacy laws.
Information we collect
- Order info. Your name, shipping address, email and phone number, and the items you buy. This comes from you directly when you place an order.
- Payment info. Card details never touch our servers. Our payment processor (Stripe) and checkout (Shopify) handle and tokenize payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliance.
- Site analytics. Aggregated, anonymized traffic data from our analytics tools, plus standard device and browser information, so we can find and fix issues and improve the store.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order, and to confirm delivery.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and recall or safety notices if they ever apply.
- To respond to support requests and warranty or return claims.
- To prevent fraud and protect ourselves and our customers from chargebacks and abusive orders.
Sharing & overseas disclosure
We share your information only with the services that make your order possible — our payment processor, our shipping carrier, our email provider, and our store platform. We never sell your personal information. Some of these providers operate servers outside the United States; their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and standard contractual clauses where required.
Your rights
If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email support@orbittrack.com and we'll respond within 45 days.
