Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship free to all US addresses from our domestic fulfillment hub, so there are no customs charges or import duties. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days from dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your address.

Product information & safe use

Orbit™ is a Bluetooth and Find My network item-location aid. Any figures quoted on this site — such as range, battery life, or response time — come from our own testing and customer surveys; they are approximations and not guarantees. Range, precision, and availability vary by device, environment, and network coverage. Orbit™ is not a security, anti-theft, or personal-safety product and does not replace vehicle alarms, GPS tracking services, or emergency assistance. You may only use Orbit™ to track items you own or have permission to track; using it to track a person without their consent is unlawful and violates these terms.

Guarantee & liability

Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable US state consumer protection law, including any implied warranties that cannot be waived.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product images, copy, and the Orbit™ mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which you received your order, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
